Bob Kocher

Bob is known as owner operator of the popular travel Company In This life Custom Getaways and it’s Division, TravelSober.  TravelSober is dedicated to providing group travel experiences for the 12-Step Recovery community.    
Over the years he has written travel articles for Recovery focused magazines and travel Blogs detailing various aspects of travel including special places and special pricing for consumers.  At the beginning of the Pandemic, Bob began writing essays about spiritual journeys integrating his own experiences into the story.  
One of the Essays, “What if God Needs Help Too” has since been published.  He says, “I never saw myself as a writer, but I never saw myself sober either and that has now been 30+ years.”  
This site is designed to offer anyone an opportunity to share essays, stories, poems and epiphanies for all to enjoy.  Bob shares, “If I can do it (write), anyone can do it.”  We welcome contributions, so get those pens and notebooks or laptops out and see what happens!
